①Positioning: Place the balloon mold under the screen plate and accurately locate the pattern position.

②Ink Squeegee Transfer: Lightly press the screen plate against the balloon surface, then scrape evenly with a squeegee to transfer ink through the mesh onto the balloon surface.

③Multi-color Overprinting: Repeat "positioning → printing" for each color, with an interval of 10–60 seconds between overprints to prevent smudging.

④Four-sided Printing: For full-circumference patterns, print side by side including 4 sides and the top, rotating the balloon after each section is completed.

Cooling

Air-dry the balloons naturally to allow full curing of the ink and latex, improving adhesion and elasticity.

Quality Inspection

Conduct tensile tests to verify folding resistance. Products are qualified if no ink peeling or cracking occurs.
