Borun Balloon Factory has been making balloons in Xiongxian, Hebei since 2006. We manufacture Latex Balloons, Custom Printed Balloons, Foil Balloons, Balloon Arch Garland Kits, and TPU Bobo Balloons for customers in more than 30 countries.

The factory began as a family-run manufacturing business. On March 23, 2017, the current legal company, Xiongxian Borun Latex Products Co., Ltd., completed formal registration. Borun Balloon Factory has since operated as its balloon manufacturing facility.

Our Story

Twenty years of balloon manufacturing in Xiongxian.

Borun Balloon Factory started in 2006 as a family-run factory in Xiongxian, Hebei. In the beginning, the business was built around balloon production itself: making products, improving them, filling repeat orders, and working directly with customers.

As the business grew and more orders came from overseas, the company needed a clearer legal structure for contracts, commercial records, and international business. Xiongxian Borun Latex Products Co., Ltd. completed formal registration on March 23, 2017.

The factory operation did not start in 2017. That date marks the registration of the current legal company. Balloon manufacturing at Borun began in 2006 and has continued in Xiongxian ever since.

Some customers buy regular stock products. Others come to us with artwork, private-label packaging, or a new product idea. Our production setup supports both kinds of work.

Latex Balloons

Standard Latex Balloons across a range of sizes, colors, and finishes, produced on five dedicated Latex Balloon production lines.

Custom Printed Balloons

Customer logos and artwork can be printed on Latex Balloons, Foil Balloons, and TPU Bobo Balloons, with packaging handled as part of the same project when required.

Foil Balloons

Standard Foil Balloons, printed Foil Balloons, and custom shape projects are handled through three Foil Balloon production and customization lines.

Balloon Arch Garland Kits

Balloon Arch Garland Kits are assembled with coordinated balloon assortments, accessories, and packaging for wholesale or retail-ready programs.

TPU Bobo Balloons

Transparent TPU Bobo Balloons are produced for standard and customized orders, with separate production resources for custom printing.

Leadership & Responsibility

Customers know who is handling each part of the order.

Borun is not managed through a single sales inbox. Different people handle company management, sales, artwork, production, legal representation, and after-sales work.

Lean Yang leads the business as CEO and Founder. Lisa Yang manages day-to-day operations. Wang Meng is the registered Legal Representative. Peggy Wang and Leay Li handle customer accounts and orders, Stella Liu works on artwork and packaging, Elena Zhang manages production, and Telles Li handles after-sales service.

Product Testing & Documentation

Testing records are matched to the product they actually cover.

We keep product testing separate from company registration. A business license tells you who the company is. A test report tells you what was tested, under which standard, and for which product or sample.

For applicable Latex Balloon products, Borun has testing against EN 71-1, EN 71-2 and EN 71-3, separate EN 71-12 testing, and United States third-party testing used to support Children's Product Certificate documentation. European Union Declaration of Conformity documentation is also available for applicable products.
