Step 1: Submit your design ideas and requirements

Online/telephone consultation: Visit the“Online Consultation”window on our factory website, or send an email to [yang18134227679@163.com] to communicate with our customer service about your project requirements (e.g. balloon size, material preference, quantity estimation, usage scenarios).

Define the design requirements: clearly inform you of the pattern, logo, text content, and the desired color effect (such as spot color, gradient color, etc.) to be printed on the balloons.

Provide design files: Send your design source files (recommended vector formats such as AI, EPS, PDF; high-quality image formats such as PSD, TIFF, high-definition JPG are also available) through the secure channel designated by customer service (such as corporate email or encrypted network disk link). Please make sure the pattern resolution is high enough (300dpi or above is recommended) to ensure the clarity of printing.

Step 2: Confirmation of samples and quotation

Professional file review: Our design team will quickly review your file to check its printability (color pattern, bleed bit, line fineness, etc.), and if there is any problem, we will give you feedback to optimize the proposal.

Proofing: According to your requirements, we will produce physical printing samples (usually 1-3 working days). The cost of small-lot sampling can usually be included in the total cost of subsequent bulk purchases.

Sample Confirmation and Quotation: After the samples are sent to you, please check the color, pattern position, balloon quality, etc. carefully. After confirming that there is no error, we will issue a formal order quotation according to the final confirmed quantity and complexity of the process.

Step 3: Formal order and production

Signing the ordering contract: after confirming the quotation, both parties will sign the formal ordering contract, specifying the product specifications, quantity, price, delivery date, payment method and quality requirements.

Payment of deposit: Pay the production deposit (usually 30%-50% of the total amount) according to the contract, and then the factory will arrange the production schedule of the customized printed balloons.

Full quality control production: Entering the production stage, precision gravure printing technology is used, combined with a strict multi-channel quality inspection process (including sampling during printing and full inspection of the finished product) to ensure that each balloon delivered meets the standards. The production cycle is usually 15 working days (depending on the order quantity) after confirming the design manuscript and delivering the deposit, and the business manager will notify each purchaser of the production progress in time.

Step 4: Acceptance and Receiving

Pre-shipment quality inspection: After the order production is completed, we will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection and take photos or short videos of the finished product for you to confirm the goods.

Logistic arrangement: After the goods are confirmed, Pollun Balloon Factory will arrange the shipment according to the logistics mode (express/logistics line) agreed in the order, and provide the waybill number for your convenience in tracking.

Receiving and inspection: After receiving the goods, please open the box in time to check whether the quantity, appearance quality and printing effect of the customized printed balloons are consistent with the samples and the contract. If there is any product problem, please contact the business manager and provide photo vouchers within 48 hours after signing receipt, and we will do our best to assist in solving the problem.
