Customers usually meet Borun through one of our Sales Managers, but an order does not stop with sales. Artwork may need checking. Production has to be scheduled. Packaging has to match the finished product. And if something comes up after delivery, someone needs to follow it through.
These are the people behind that work. Their roles are different, but they share the same order information as a project moves from the first conversation to production, shipment, and follow-up.

The person who started Borun's balloon manufacturing business.
Lean Yang
CEO & Founder
Lean Yang started Borun's balloon manufacturing business in Xiongxian in 2006. What began as a family-run factory has developed into a manufacturing operation with 15 dedicated balloon production lines and customers in more than 30 countries.
His role today is centered on where the business goes next. Factory development, manufacturing investment, major business decisions, and the direction of Borun's production capabilities remain his main focus.

The two Sales Managers customers work with from inquiry to shipment.
Peggy Wang and Leay Li hold the same Sales Manager position. Both handle quotations, specifications, customer communication, production follow-up, and shipment coordination. Their usual account mix is a little different, but neither role is junior to the other.

Peggy works mainly with wholesalers, importers, distributors, and customers who buy from Borun on a repeat basis. She handles the day-to-day work that keeps those orders moving: confirming products and quantities, preparing quotations, checking specifications, following production, and keeping the customer updated through shipment.
Repeat business is not always identical from one order to the next. A customer who normally buys standard balloons may later add custom printing or packaging, so Peggy's accounts can include both regular and customized work.

She stays with the commercial side of the project from quotation and specification confirmation through artwork or sample communication, production follow-up, and shipment. She also handles regular orders for customers whose purchasing programs include both standard and customized balloons.

Lisa Yang has worked with Borun since 2006. Her role today is centered on the daily operation of the business and the points where several departments need to work together.
A customer may have one sales contact, but an order can involve artwork, packaging, production scheduling, and shipment questions at the same time. Lisa helps keep those pieces aligned when the work crosses department boundaries.

Legal Representative
Wang Meng (王猛) is the Legal Representative recorded for Xiongxian Borun Latex Products Co., Ltd. He has been involved with Borun's manufacturing business since 2006.

Stella works on customer artwork, print layouts, and packaging. Her part of the job happens before production, while there is still time to fix a logo that is too detailed for the print area or adjust packaging that does not fit the finished product the way it should.

Elena Zhang
Production Manager
Elena plans production across Borun's 15 dedicated balloon production lines. Once an order is ready for the factory, she works from the confirmed balloon specification, quantity, printing requirements, packaging work, and requested timing.
Custom jobs often have more than one moving part. A sample may need approval before bulk printing starts, while packaging also has to be ready at the right point in the schedule. Her job is to make those production steps work together.

After-Sales Service Manager
Telles handles customer feedback after delivery. When a question needs more than a quick answer, he checks the original order information and coordinates with sales or production so the issue can be reviewed against the specification that was actually confirmed.
For repeat customers, that matters. The conversation can continue from the order already on file instead of starting again from the beginning.
