These approximate diameters describe the inflated balloons. The artwork’s width, height and placement are separate approval fields. Select the product’s fixed gram weight too, particularly where a size has more than one published weight option.

Balloon color and printing color describe different parts of the finished product. A white balloon with a blue logo uses blue ink. A blue balloon with a white logo uses white ink. Name both colors in the purchasing brief so the quotation and sample show the intended combination.

Matte Printed Balloons

A low-reflection appearance. Review the logo against the chosen matte shade.

Metallic Printed Balloons

A reflective metallic surface. Check printed contrast on the actual balloon finish.

Pearl Printed Balloons

A pearlescent sheen. Approve the balloon color and printed color as a pair.

Macaron Printed Balloons

Pastel balloon colors. Review light printing against the selected pale background.

Retro Printed Balloons

Muted color palettes. Retain the specific shade reference for repeat purchases.

Provide separate Pantone references for the balloon and the ink where color matching is required. Use the agreed physical color reference and printed sample for approval. A screen preview helps communicate the request; the sample shows the result on the selected latex product.

Attach the logo source file and name the revision intended for production. An editable Adobe Illustrator file or a suitable Portable Document Format file is preferred. If the available file is a high-resolution Portable Network Graphics image, send the original for review with the requested print dimensions.

Mark the small lettering and logo details that must remain recognizable. Those details need review at the requested print width and height, including when the balloon itself is large. Flag photographs or gradients in the file for printing review. Return any revised layout to the buyer for approval before it becomes the production reference.

The published 1–5 side printing range refers to printed positions around the balloon. Record what belongs at each position. For a repeat order, keep the same position map with the approved file.

For example, one approved design on 12 inch balloons in the three combinations below requires 15,000 balloons. Each line also needs its selected fixed weight, ink colors and printed positions.

Illustrative total: 15,000 balloons. Repeating the logo does not merge the three combinations. Different designs or sizes also require their own minimum quantities. Custom mixed-color bags change the packing plan, while each printed balloon combination still needs 5,000 pieces.

For an order with two base colors, identify both combinations in the approval record. Check the logo at every requested position on the inflated samples and record the file revision used. Keep the balloon-color and packing approvals with that record as well.

Keep the printing details beside the price. If one supplier quotes one ink color in one position and another quotes two colors in two positions, the offers describe different printing work. Settle the balloon size, fixed weight, base color and finish too, then compare what each price includes.

Choose the sales unit before approving packing: bulk bags, branded retail bags, header-card packs, hang-tag bags or assembled kits. The buyer sets the number of balloons and the design or color allocation in one bag. Identify the packaging artwork separately from the logo printed on the balloon.

A private-label purchase needs an approved printed balloon and an approved sales pack. Give any additional kit contents their own list. When comparing bag prices, divide by the confirmed number of balloons per bag to compare the packed cost per balloon.

1. Confirm the Order

   Review the product, artwork, quantities, packing and destination. Approve the required files and samples.

2. Manufacture and Print

   Prepare natural latex and color, form the balloons, wash and dry them, then apply the agreed printing.

3. Inspect and Pack

   Check the balloon, print and completed packing against the approved order references before shipment preparation.

Allow 5–15 working days for normal bulk production once the artwork, balloon specifications and any required sample are approved. Add the sample-preparation period and shipping arrangements to the purchasing schedule. Send the destination and required arrival date with the inquiry so the factory can review the timing before the order is confirmed.

Request the records needed for the actual printed latex balloons and destination market. Available documentation, where its scope applies, can include a Children’s Product Certificate, reports referencing EN 71-1, EN 71-2, EN 71-3 and EN 71-12, and European Union conformity documentation or a Declaration of Conformity.
