Unicorn Balloon Arch Garland Kit Wedding Baby Shower Unicorn Birthday Latest Design for Party Supplies Decorations: Wholesale Quick Reference

These are the wedding balloon arch category's purchasing baselines. Availability, the treatment of mixed configurations and separate requirements for custom components are confirmed for the order.

Turn the Wedding Display Into a Kit Specification

The image is useful for discussing the balance of peach, cream, gray and gold. It does not show how many balloons are packed in a set or establish which props are supplied. A frame, fabric, flowers and other venue decorations are included only if they are listed in the approved order.

For a repeatable retail kit, record each balloon by color, finish, size and quantity. An overall balloon count alone cannot tell a packer how many balloons of each size and shade belong in the bag.

The 30-set starting quantity is for a complete kit order. If you need printed balloons, specially made components or customized packaging materials, ask Borun about their separate production requirements. Also confirm whether sets with different configurations can be combined when calculating the order minimum.

Prepare a Useful Wholesale Quote Request

Give the number of sets and the desired contents per set. Include the wedding color references, balloon sizes and counts, required accessories, packaging format, destination and the date the goods need to arrive. If the kit is for retail, share the intended label and instruction requirements.

When you compare quotations, check that each supplier is quoting the same balloon mix and accessories. Two quotations for the same number of sets may cover different numbers of balloons, packing materials or display components.

Approve the Sample and Packaging

Borun Balloon Factory manufactures latex balloons and coordinates the supply of the selected kit components. Custom packaging is coordinated with its packaging partner. Ask for a sample that reflects the colors, finishes and component list you intend to order.

Check the balloon colors together in the intended finish, particularly where metallic or confetti accents sit next to matte balloons. Compare the number and size of each balloon, the accessories and the retail pack with the written list. Keep the approved sample and artwork with the order record for future reorders.

Samples normally take 3–5 working days once the sample requirements and relevant materials are confirmed. Production normally takes 5–15 working days after the necessary product, sample, artwork and packaging approvals. Ask for the project schedule if custom materials, packaging or transport will affect the arrival date.

Plan the Finished Display and Destination-Market Details

Share the intended display area and how the arch will be attached. A balloon count by itself does not guarantee a particular finished length: the selected sizes and the way the balloons are assembled both matter. Review the intended arrangement with the sample rather than treating a photograph as a measurement.

Ask for the set count per shipping carton, carton dimensions and the shipment arrangement after the pack is confirmed. Request documentation relevant to the destination market for the actual components in the order; a report for one balloon material does not automatically cover an entire mixed kit.
