Product process：

②Positioning：Fix the foil balloon mold on the holder and accurately align it under the screen plate.

③Ink Squeegee Transfer：Lightly press the screen against the balloon surface, then scrape evenly with a squeegee to transfer ink through the mesh onto the balloon.

④Multi-color Overprinting：Repeat positioning and printing for each color, with an interval of 10–60 seconds to avoid smudging.

⑤Drying：Air-dry the balloons naturally to allow full curing of the ink and latex, improving adhesion and elasticity.

⑥Quality Inspection：Check for color accuracy, clarity and ink adhesion; ensure no fading or defects.

Advantages of Digital Printing

Digital printing is a plateless printing process. It directly sprays digital patterns from a computer onto the balloon surface via print nozzles, just like a high-precision printer.

Pattern effect:

The printed ink layer is thin with relatively soft colors. Slight color fading may occur under extreme stretching or long-term sun exposure.

Suitable patterns:

It is ideal for complex designs, supporting high-definition photos, intricate patterns and all kinds of custom graphics.

Printing time:

Fast production speed. Printing can start immediately after the design is confirmed.
